Dominic Guerra
FOUNDER
Dominic Guerra is the founder of CashForHomesNow.com with deep experience in residential real estate investing having worked in over 1000 transactions since he started. With two degrees from the University of Houston in Entrepreneurship and Commercial Real Estate Finance, he set out to build the most personable and trustworthy homebuying business the market truly needed. Outside of real estate, Dominic loves anything with a board — surfing, skating, snowboarding — and spends his time traveling the world with his family and Rocky. He believes life is a coloring book, meant to be filled with bold, colorful pages.
Connor Gilliam
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Connor Gilliam has been in real estate since 2019, starting in short-term rentals before expanding into residential real estate with Cashforhomesnow.com. With hundreds of successful transactions under his belt, he’s helped sellers navigate just about every challenge imaginable. He loves spending time in Colorado, where you’ll often find him mountain biking, snowboarding, or catching live music in the mountains. With Houston roots and a serious love for Mexican food, Connor brings a fun, solutions-first mindset to every seller he works with. He believes there’s no problem he can’t fix when it comes to selling a house — and if there is, he’ll probably solve it right after tacos.
Stephani Hicks
DISPOSITIONS SPECIALIST
With nearly three years in real estate, Stephani has learned that the business is about much more than buying and selling houses—it’s about people, new beginnings, and helping clients take the next step in their lives. Stephani genuinely enjoys getting to know clients, hearing their stories, and understanding what matters most to them. She believes you can be both personal and professional, and that building a strong relationship is a big part of making the real estate process smooth, straightforward, and as stress-free as possible. Communication is a top priority, and Stephani makes it a point to be there when clients need her and never leave them feeling like they’re navigating the process alone. Whether it’s a first home, a sale, an investment, or simply figuring out what comes next, she’s there to help make it happen. When Stephani isn’t talking real estate, she’s usually spending time with the people she loves, laughing way too much, or stopping to pet someone’s dog—because apparently, no dog on the street can be ignored.
Gary Navarro
ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST
Gary, a Southern California native, has spent nearly five years in real estate, working across markets throughout the country. His experience spans property management, multifamily real estate, and sales, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
Gary is driven by a desire to keep learning, growing, and doing things the right way. His faith in Christ is at the center of how he approaches both work and life, with a strong focus on integrity, honesty, and treating people with respect.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Gary at the beach soaking up some California sun or cruising around town in his 1985 Chevrolet El Camino—which, according to Gary, is still just as cool as it was in 1985.
Ayden Guerra
DISPOSITIONS SPECIALIST
Ayden is a lifelong Texan who values being part of a team that always puts people first with a strong focus on growth and discipline behind the scenes. He believes in honesty, integrity, and respect, and has a natural ability to connect with sellers, understand their situation, and help find the right path forward. Outside of work, you’ll find Ayden shredding one of his guitars, staying active in the gym, or out enjoying Houston’s endless supply of great food!
Brett Bekelja
Brett Bekelja is an acquisitions specialist with Cash for Homes Now and has been in real estate for nearly 10 years. He has a passion for developing a personal relationship with each seller he comes in contact with in order to give them the best experience with Cash for Homes Now he can. He enjoys learning from a knowledgeable team every day to get better at what he does to help each client he speaks to. Brett is known for his honesty in each conversation he has whether he is dealing with a seller, a family member, a friend or a stranger on the street. Outside of work he enjoys all aspects of being a father, the development of his children’s faith, their education, their sports and achieving their sports goals are the most important things to him in this world.
Patrick Johnson
ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST
PJ brings about four years of sales experience and a genuine interest in people. Along the way, he’s learned that good communication starts with simply listening. He enjoys hearing people’s stories, getting to know what matters to them, and finding ways to help. Outside of work, PJ is pretty laid-back. He enjoys getting outdoors, hiking, staying active, and spending time with the people he cares about. Five months ago, he also became a dad to a baby girl, who has already made sure he’s never too comfortable. She keeps him on his toes, but he wouldn’t have it any other way.These days, PJ is focused on enjoying life, continuing to grow, and building a great future for his family—with plenty of good people and a little fun along the way.
Rocky
HR MANAGER
Rocky is the heart of the CashForHomesNow.com office and our unofficial “HR Manager.” She’s been with the team for over seven years and somehow has the best attendance record of anyone here. Rocky takes her job seriously — whether that means greeting sellers with a big hug, boosting team morale, or politely begging for lunch scraps like it’s part of her compensation package. If you stop by the office, don’t be surprised if Rocky is the first to welcome you (and possibly the hardest to say no to).
