Sharing of Lead Detector Data. Some CashForHomesNow Services, such as Lead Detector, capture information about website visitors who do not submit forms (“Lead Detector Leads”). This data may include contact details (like name, email, or phone number) and property information (such as an address or listing). CashForHomesNow may share Lead Detector Lead data with affiliated brands and trusted third parties—including real estate, marketing, and data partners—for purposes such as data enrichment, analytics, and offering related services. No other user or customer data is shared. All sharing complies with applicable privacy laws and is limited to the purposes described above
